Sweet Indian dumpling instant mix.
Gulab Jamun are an Indian sweet preparation traditionally made out of evaporated milk blended with wheat flour, fried & soaked in sugar syrup.
This mix makes it easy for you to prepare this classic dish.
Add in parts 130-150ml water to the mix.
Knead gently to a soft dough.
Apply ghee to both palms and shape round smooth balls without cracks.
Deep fry in oil or ghee until golden, then drain excess oil.
Soak in a hot sugar syrup for 30 mins.
