Island sun Easy Cook Long Grain rice is a delicious accompaniment served hot or cold with savory dishes. Try using chicken or vegetable stock instead of water to cook the rice, or season the water with herbs or spices for flavored and lightly colored rice.
For better results:
Rinse the rice under warm running water until the water runs clear. Add 60g to 75g per person of rice to the a large pan of boiling water. Add salt and/or butter (optional). Return to the boil and cook for 10-12 minutes or until soft.
