Laziza’s quick set jelly crystals make a delicious dessert which can be eaten alone or can also be added to ice creams, cream and fruit salads to maximize their taste and beautify their presentation!
• Pour two cups (400ml) boiling water into a bowl.
• Add the contents of packet. Stir until dissolved.
• Pour into mould. Cool to room temperature to set without refrigerator (30-45 minutes). Refrigerate if required.
• Loosen edges with knife and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Shake gently and remove Jelly.
