These quick set jelly crystals make a delicious dessert to be eaten alone or tastes fantastic with ice cream, cream and fruit salad.
Refined Sugar, Vegetable Gum, Adipic Acid, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Chloride, Pineapple Flavour, Artificial Flavour, Permitted Food Colour E102 (FD&C Yellow 5).
1. Pour two cups (400ml) boiling water into a bowl.
2. Add the contents of the packet. Stir until dissolved.
3. Pour into mould. Cool to room temperature to set without refrigerator (30-45 minutes). Refrigerate if required.
4. Loosen edges with knife and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Shake gently and remove Jelly.
