This is a combination of spices for the delicious Indian Pani Puri. Pani Puri or Golgappa is a very popular chaat in India where the pani (water) is served with stuffed puris (round, crisp, fried savouries). MDH Pani Puri masala has all the ingredients needed to prepare the tangy, sour and spicy water for this chaat. It is easy to make. Fry some Pani Puri chips (also available in our shop) and have this delicious snack ready in an instant.
This masala can also be used for adding zing to Dahi bada, fruit juice, butter milk etc.
Method: Just mix one teaspoon full of Pani Puri masala in a glass of cold water and stir. The delicious spiced water for Puris is ready! Stuff your puris with boiled potatoes and chickpeas, dip one puri in the water and have fun trying to eat it whole!
