Basmati rice broken is a broken long grain rice that originates from India. During harvesting, transporting or processing, part of the grain of rice breaks automatically. In contrast, broken rice grains absorb moisture more easily than whole rice grains, but the same is true in terms of smell and taste. Basmati rice is thinner, longer and drier than pandan rice. The name Basmati rice owes its name to basmati, which means fragrant. Basmati rice is mainly eaten in Indian Bengali and Pakistani cuisine.
