You are also given the chance to discover, enrich and enjoy yourself partaking of the art and science of exotic African cuisine. Traditionally, the African way of food preparation and cooking is based on the use of one’s imagination, creativity and flexibility, which cannot be subjected to any rigid ways of quantifying the ingredients involved.
How to prepare:
Make a paste in a saucepan by gradually adding water to approx. 136 g of fufu which is already precooked.
Place over medium heat and stir with a wooden spoon for about 4 minutes or until a smooth but thick consistency is achieved.
For a thinner or thicker consistency, increase or reduce the quantity of water added.
