Description
TRS Flake Rice Medium are produced from pre-cooked rice which is then pressed flat and dried. Flake Rice are known by the name of Poha, Chiwda, Beaten Rice, Pawa Medium. The flatter grains allows for quicker absorption of water during cooking. Flaked Rice are used in sweet and savoury dishes, particularly used for rice pudding.
